Job Purpose
Performs assigned jobs related to quality analyzers in the workshop and on site. Develop Standard Maintenance Procedure and support development of maintenance strategy and spare parts required for quality analyzers.
Key Accountabilities
- Comply with GAS policies and OMS procedure and contribute to achieving target SHE rates as well as comply with quality procedure and ISO certified standards. Also, accountable for all team safety compliance.
- Perform the daily maintenance activities according to Standard Maintenance Procedure with high quality and reasonable time and ensure proper filling and records of maintenance checklist. Also, ensure proper housekeeping after completion the jobs.
- Provide proper feedback to Quality Supervisor for any findings or abnormalities during performing his job.
- Response to operation and maintenance activities (Normal or emergency cases) also on call.
- Attend all on job and classroom training sessions and all other training as scheduled
- Perform good housekeeping in the Analyzer rooms and quality workshop.
- Receive work assignments and related orders from supervisor, examines the faulty Analyzers, collects proper tools and spare parts and executes the job. Handel all the test equipment (report any missing and defected parts. Ensure that all test equipment is valid to be used).
- Get applicable JQP’s tasks for assigned level and fulfill the requirement accordingly. Assist trainee technician to improve skill level.
- Prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for assigned jobs. Ensure that all Quality Maintenance works follow Work Instructions and all activities are carried out in accordance with work procedures.
Requirements & Minimum Experience:
- Education: Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, followed by 3 years' full time studying leading to a diploma in instrumentation and electronics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience

- Spoken English – Fluent
- Writing English – Fluent
Competencies:
- Deep understanding of maintenance Quality activities.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
