Job Purpose:
Provides support by technical means in organizing, developing, and maintaining central planning function. Monitors Planning & execution process by providing data and analysis of Maintenance performance. Ensures implementation of reliability strategies and up-keeping of Master data in SAP. Provide technical inputs to improve planning strategy and to improve overall Asset maintenance work process KPls.
Job Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in setting the goals and objectives for the department and for individuals to meet the company business objectives.
- Lead the tasks or projects related to the implementation of best practices, work Processes and deliver training for the end users for effective implementation.
- Participate in implementation of reliability studies in SAP enabler as applicable.(RCM, RBI, RCA, Maint Strategy etc.).
- Advises and provides consultation to the Maintenance Planning Engineers / Planners about specific Initiatives, procedures, and techniques.
- Prepare vital Maintenance reports such i.e. Maintenance expenses analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Preventive Maintenance analytical Reports.
- Prepare/ Review Work Instructions and department Standard maintenance Procedures.
- Monitor Maintenance Work Process compliance and provide recommendations for further improvement.
- Monitor the implementation of refurbishment process & reservation efficiency.
- Verification of Data Quality in SAP for transactional data & Master data, generate recommendations / action plan.
- To improve and ensure the quality of PM program and master data in SAP.
- Focuses on PM Optimization through PM bundling, eliminating non-value added Maintenance strategies.
- Update, maintain, monitor & control the AMP (Annual maintenance Plan).
- Provide work training to support in the development of peers and company employees to ensure effective understanding of AMWP improvement initiatives.
- Analysis and auditing of planning and maintenance Key Performance Indicators (AMKPl's) and escalating deviation in performance to concerned owner department.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Instrument / Industrial or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
4 years of experience in planning in petrochemical or oil industries.

- Proficient in SAP PM/MM Module or Power user.
- Proficient in MS office and/or Primavera software.
- Proficient in KPls, .i.e. definition, capturing methods, analysis, reporting and corrective measures.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
