Job Summary

Segment coordinator works with the Regional leader, RGMs and Finance team to create data reporting that is useful for understanding the business environment of the region and to facilitate better decision making.  Key partner in developing the regional business strategy (Business proposals with AM’s, Strategic pricing discussions, Business Agreements, Rebate agreements, Pricing agreements)

 

How You Can Be the Impact

  • Position Forecast & Regional views by SBU & sales analysis (account tracking etc.)

  • Territory Dashboards

  • Regional analysis of KPIs of: Volume, Premium and Differentiation

  • Key partner in developing Business Strategy (Business proposals with AM’s, Strategic pricing discussions, Business Agreements, Rebate agreements, Pricing agreements)

  • Regional coordination of price increase actions.  Coordination with Account Managers, Pricing Teams

  • Pricing Support and Issue resolution

  • Pricing Uploads/Downloads

  • Facilitate strategic price calculations

  • Rebate calculations

  • Facilitate regional forecast and planning, including the setting of annual plan

  • BS/BA Business/Finance

  • Analyze, synthesize and summarize complex data from many sources to provide insight and recommendations

  • Business acumen and knowledge of the region

  • Decision quality

  • Ability to lead, direct, guide, plan and develop new projects and programs

  • Presentation skills and demonstrated experience in presenting to internal customers are required
