JOB PURPOSE
Lead Production Scheduling for all the lines in line with S&OP & inventory strategy & communicate cross functionally issues inhibiting execution of master production schedule.
Establish link with manufacturing & understands its processes, constraints & preferences for effective block planning.
Support Inventory management efforts to come up & maintain optimum inventory levels for RM / FG incl. safety stocks.
Support Supply Chain related reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Firm up Block Plan well in advance considering S&OP volumes & schedule MTI production in advance to ensure timely availability & proactively communicate information on Next & future blocks.
- Ensure all order confirmation / blocks (TB etc.) related actions are taken in time enabling prompt communication to customers related to their orders.
- Track & measure MEF, DT1P "Make" delay. Perform analysis to understand the cause & take preventive corrective action.
- Manage TTFG plan & changes (plant production volume) through close communication with manufacturing team to ensure the plan gets executed.
- Regularly share Lead time for grades produced in plant based on the S&OP vs Staffed capacity & in the process identify free capacity that can be offered for exports.
- As one of key stakeholder in ASPEN material balance tool, responsible for input inventory plan quarterly, responsible for maintenance of inventory master data, safety stock, planning strategy and clearing unused data.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management.
- Min. 5 years related working experience
- At least 5 years SCM operations experience in Planning
- Good Business Acumen, Analytical skills.
- Experience in logistics or warehouse management is a plus
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office programs
- Possess Good and Sound knowledge of SAP-ERP system
