JOB SUMMARY

 

The AMR HR Operations team is currently looking for a Sr. Analyst, HR Process in the Houston metropolitan area. An ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability manage and coordinate multiple competing stakeholder priorities
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
     

Job Purpose & Responsibilities 

- Analyze and provide subject matter expertise on processing of AMR employee life cycle change requests 
- Develop & update HR Operations team Process/Procedure manuals & other documentation 
- Participate & provide subject matter expertise on HR projects & new initiatives
- Identify opportunities to automate, optimize and improve current employee data processing and audit practices.
- Collaborate & provide guidance to the HR Business Partners & provide support on employee and supplementary contractor related questions/concerns.
- Lead internal projects working with the HR Operations Manager and partner with other team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data analysis & processing in HR Systems. Experience with SAP R/3/ Employee Central & Successfactors (Onboarding) strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with HR projects, leading project work streams and delivering solutions
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working with the following applications
    1. Outlook
    2. Excel
    3. Word
    4. SharePoint
    5. Visio
