JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for timely and accurate Order Management and Order Fulfillment process to achieve customer satisfaction.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • End to end Order Management and Order Fulfillment
  • Resolve daily operational issues and seek to simplify and standardize customer service operational processes
  • After-sales support through close monitoring and processing of Rebates and Quality Notification/Customer's claim.
  • Contribute positively to KPI targets 
  • Build good relationships with all related internal and external stakeholders within and out of regional and global Supply Chain
  • Obtain Customs Competency Certification as Certified Declarant
  • Participate in customer service initiatives / projects for system and process transformation
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including but not limited to SAPPL key activities

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Min Diploma in Operations Management / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or similar functions                                      
  • Good analytical thinking skills to assess situations and identify issue root causes
  • Demonstrate skillful communication in a multicultural and multilingual environment
  • High level of meticulousness to ensure data accuracy
