JOB PURPOSE

Supports the growth of business unit, supply chain optimization and the overall business enhancements.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overall visibility of demand and a good grasp of market changes derived from close communication with stakeholders
• Take control of material deployment to market by evaluating deployment priority in the region
• Close loop communication with stakeholders in case of plan deviations and to push for solutions
• Host S&OP meeting to review current month performance and align on future outlook plans
• Sustain Supply Chain Service Level performance and continuous improvement

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration
• More than 6  years of experience in Supply Chain planning, preferably has experience in supply chain in the petrochemicals industry                                  
• Possess good knowledge of S&OP cycle, production/demand/supply planning, SAP ECC & APO
• Ability to work in multi-functional teams
• Possess good communication skills
