JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Operate the machine and carry out the required tasks at the workstations according to the established operating procedures and safety risk assessment
- Coordinates and execute hands-on physical production task to meet daily output targets. E.g. Safely operate reach trucks and forklifts to transport raw materials, staging components, mixing blending and packaging of finished goods
- Ensure all necessary paperwork (eg: quality related checklist) for the station are completed
- Ensure the product quality is within the specification at all times
- Support production, process, maintenance, QA and project engineering activities as needed.
- Support plant activities as required by Management
- Monitor the production supply required in the station and alert when necessary
- Lead problem-solving within the station
- Conduct on-the-job training for new technicians and complete all required certification forms as and when required by the company
- Lead & Deploy resources within the station and during plant shut down period
- Develop and update SOP, SRA and other training materials when needed
- Identify opportunities and work with other teams to drive continuous improvement on EHSS, cost saving, quality and/or yield
- Actively participate in EHSS activities including Concern reporting, Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Review and EHSS committee meeting participation
- Conform to local regulations and SHEM
- Ensure housekeeping of the work area
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Min. GCE “N”, GCE “O”, NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent
- Preferably minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing environment Compounding operation. Fresh graduate is welcome apply
- Able to control DCS consoles
- Good communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate good trouble shooting and analytical skills Independently
- Strong adherence to EHSS requirements.
- Good knowledge in MS Software (Excel).
- Preferably with Forklift Driver License
- Able to perform rotating shift work
