<span 72="">JOB PURPOSE:<span 72="">                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        • Responsible for sales of up to 3 polymers products throughout the assigned territory.

<span 72="">• Implement, pursue and maintain polymer products sales and activities to achieve sales target.

<span 72="">Job Responsibilities:

<span 72="">• Grow and develop market for polymer products in [Territory A or Industry X] to achieve sales target.

<span 72="">•Maintain cohesive business relationship with existing customers to strengthen SABIC position.

<span 72="">•Identify and develop new customers in assigned [territory/industry] to realize business growth plan.

<span 72="">•Participants integrated programs in collaboration at times.

<span 72="">•Coordinate sales activities of team members for assigned product line(s) among territories throughout China.

<span 72="">•Daily operational activities include:

<span 72="">1 Offer and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions, and conclude sales orders.

<span 72="">2 Create solutions for customer potential needs and handle complaints to build cohesive relationships that will bring new opportunities to increase Differentiated/HAV product sales.

<span 72="">3 Control and minimize outstanding payment, overdue orders and overdue lifting.

<span 72="">4 Prepare monthly and annually sales forecast and improve forecast accuracy.

<span 72="">5 Contribute to [or lead] sales process optimization, cross-functional projects actively.

<span 72="">6 Regular report market update and sales activities to manager and other internal interactions.

 

<span 72="">MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

<span 72="">• University or College Degree.   

<span 72="">• Polymer Science, Chemicals or Business related discipline.

<span 72="">• More than 7 years’ experience in polymers and/or petrochemical related industrial environment.

<span 72="">• Wide knowledge of polymer and/or petrochemical related products.

<span 72="">• Excellent knowledge of commodity polymers products and market in specific terrority / industry.

<span 72="">• Excellent understanding of commodity market dynamic trend in China.

<span 72="">• Business focus and result oriented to achieve sales target.

<span 72="">• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

<span 72="">• Self-motivated and energetic in developing new business.

<span 72="">• Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
