Sr. Representative, CS, SC-Chemicals, GC
Context/Scope:
Manage the services to the Key Account customers and products flow through SAP orders (sales/purchase/spot/swap/diversion) and accurately execute a complete Order to Cash process for Chemicals SBU in GC Region in order to achieve customer satisfaction and optimize order processing costs. Provide experiences and knowledge to other team members.
Main Tasks:
• Responsible for the assigned customers’ request, or complaints, and to consult with Sales, GCS, and SCE to come up with optimal and cost effective solution.
• Responsible for order management process for key account customers against agreed deliverables for each sales order, including but not limited to meeting customer required delivery date and optimize the logistics costs involved.
• Responsible for accuracy in SAP for all OTC processes, ensuring correct master data in the SAP and CMS system, ensuring minimum order changes.
• Responsible for timeliness of business events: payments, shipments, documentations.
• Guide to assist of the Representatives for timeliness of business events: payments, shipments, debit/ credit notes, etc.
• Take necessary escalation activities to assist the Representatives to achieve better customer service roll.
• Provide experiences and knowledge to produce the reports required by BU, GCS, or other supporting like Finance, etc.
• Acting on behalf of line manager during his/her absence.
Goals:
Fulfill his/her tasks to support the overall SABIC and Chemicals SBU strategy. Fulfill given targets and act according to SABICs values and mission to promote SABICs brand.
