<span 72="">JOB PURPOSE:<span 72="">                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            To manage All Import PP business end products Copol,Homo & feedstock from 9 overseas SABIC assets in GC to achieve sustainable profitability growth and PP GC 2025 Ambition.  This will be achieved through ongoing business and non-business (such as product innovation, customer&application development &cost optimization &etc) initiatives and drive to maximize revenue and minimize cost in order to maximize bottom-line return.

<span 72="">Job Responsibilities:

<span 72="">Business Management

<span 72="">• Responsible for meeting revenue and margin targets as P&L for Copol PP in GC.

<span 72="">• Execute the business strategy by liaison sales, segments, MDTM, T&I, SCM. 

<span 72="">• Manage pricing and positioning based on Value while considering profitability, growth, cost, competition.

<span 72="">• Drive Copol Value thru Deployment by closely working with Sales, MDTM & Segments, to promote existing products and grow pipeline.

<span 72="">• Optimize Business Operations together with Planner, Logistics, Overseas Asset owners to optimize MFG cost, lead time, capacity.& etc.

<span 72="">Product Marketing

<span 72="">• Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotions for import products.

<span 72="">• Owner of economic study and validation of new business opportunities to ensure business pipeline meets profit growth targets.

<span 72="">• Identify product trends and technology. Justify investments in new products and technologies.

<span 72="">• Customer engagement planning.

<span 72="">Ensure compliance to corporate policies as well as drive SABIC values.

<span 72="">MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

<span 72="">• University degree in Marketing / Business / Chemical or Industrial Engineering from a recognized/ accredited university. MBA preferred

<span 72="">• 5+ years working experience in Marketing / Sales / Sales Management role, preferably in a petrochemical environment

<span 72="">• Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking

<span 72="">• Initiative and highly result-oriented

<span 72="">• Interpersonal communication effectiveness

<span 72="">• Excellent team player

<span 72="">• Fluent in English language

<span 72="">• Proficient in Microsoft office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint

<span 72="">• Knowledge of Polyolefin market is an added advantage

<span 72="">• Proficiency in SAP SD module is an added advantage
