JOB PURPOSE
The SABIC FJ affiliate Planner - is accountable for the supply chain coordination within own Asset of SABIC FJ. He/She represents all tactical supply chain planning activities to serve the scenarios that are discussed and agreed during the Global Sales & Operations Planning (GS&OP). The scope including engagement with SABIC FJ to set up & monitoring production plan by optimize 290kt annual capacity ; He/she need to manage daily production output to well coordinate on different distribution model - Feedstock to Asia compounding plants as well as Finish goods to serve GC customers for domestic & export sales so as to manage in-site SILO, container yard & warehouse capacity, timely pre-alert & mitigation plan work out with x-function. He/she is also responsible on supply & inventory planning to supply 7 Asia compounding plants for feedstock & Finish goods to different supplying points to achieve goals WITHIN a business of ETP. He also needs to collaborate with Specialty SBU on multiple layers transaction to serve their demanding of contract manufacture & own usage. WITH the overall objective to maximize margin within the constraints set by service level requirements, strategic plans, and physical limitations.
This position supports and drives successful company strategy execution and competitive superiority through excellence in supply chain planning.
• Translate and interpret the outcome of the GS&OP into a production, demand & replenishment plan to maximize the realization of annual Business Plan
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials to fulfill demand from GC, ROA customer demand & Aisa compounding plants , Inventory replenishment at different locations while achieving service KPI without additional cost
• Optimize production wheel by fully considering capacity allocation among Finish goods & feedstock & well manage sea bulk containers D&D per compounding plants utilization change
•Monitor inventory flow & level in different location in-site/out-site and make appropriate action to keep optimized inventory level aligning to business strategy & KPI
•Monitor demand realization for both internal/external customer/plants and coordinate with stakeholder on optimization plan in line with business strategy
•Continuous improvement on service Level & operation process
•Master data well maintenance & Reporting
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Qualifications (Degree training, or certification required):
Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum Experience (Technical, functional, and/or leadership experience required):
6+ years’ experience in SC
• Job Specific Skills (Key functional, leadership, or business skills required):
Forecasting skills, Strategic Thinking, Ethics & Personal Integrity, Communication & Analytical Skills, Rich SAP/APO knowledge; Willing to challenge conventional thinking with initiative idea, high responsibility with sense of urgency
