JOB TITLE: Specialist, Raw Material / Infrastructure

JOB PURPOSE:
Support SABIC Growth projects in China & APAC targeting Feedstock competitiveness, Infrastructure Excellence and Opportunities Development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate sustainable Feedstock Supply Agreements & renewal and Recommend feedstock & energy sourcing options for SABIC assets in APAC.
- Key role in developing feedstock strategy and implementing the feedstock agreement for China & APAC growth projects, and existing sites.
- Negotiate & secure global Utilities supply and Storages agreements, and observe to ensure well maintained infrastructure.
- Negotiate & secure Industrial lands and pipelines agreements.
- Provide support and follow all regarding all feedstock agreements, prepare materials to be presented to business leaders about feedstock strategy & current arrangements.
- Develop future risk scenarios related to feedstock, energy availability , price and identify a response plan for SABIC.
- Understand Global feedstock & energy market with identifying opportunities and threats.
- Provide high specialty of technical support within the two fields to ensure output quality and effectiveness.
- Develop a deep and broad understanding of China & global industrial infrastructure.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
- Strong experience in refinery integration, optimal feedstock scenarios, utilities efficiency, pipelines and power immunity.
- Supply Agreements review.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Understand Global feedstock & energy market with identifying opportunities and threats.
