Job Purpose:

 

Implementation of company Quality policy to reach quality G&O, cooperate with other functions by the guidance of Quality manual and Quality SOPs to ensure product quality assurance.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Follow Quality Manual and SOPs to reach quality G&O by cooperation with other manufacture functions.
  • Implementation of company Quality policy to reach quality G&O, cooperate with other functions by the guidance of Quality manual and Quality SOPs.
  • Responsible for the online product colour management, online staff qualification and X-rite equipment calibration.
  • Responsible for GCSA process and the cooperation with global Colour technology team and colour development of new product introduction.
  • Responsible for site colour standard management, storage, and distribution.
  • Responsible for all X-rite machines standard curves management introduction, management, and updates.
  • Responsible for Colour spec data setting and management in SAP system.
  • Responsible for emergency management of colour defect product and improvement plan follow up actions.
  • Responsible for technical support and product test of new product translation.
  • Complete regular tasks from department, weekly quality meeting and site quality management system requirement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor and above, related education background, Chemical and Polymer science preferred. Familiar with Compounding industry.
  • >3Years related working experience.
  • Familiar with normal office software and quality management tools (APQPFMEASPC). Power Apps would be a plus.
  • Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001.
  • Familiar with PDCA methodology.
  • Experience on SAP operation.
  • Good problem-solving ability & issue resolution.
  • Quick learning ability and excellent teamwork.
