Manager, Log.-NEA, Polymers SC, ROA

Oversees the assigned region Korea and Japan Logistics activities to ensure optimum Supply Chain capability and its’ services to transportation to and from warehouses, storage, shipping, delivery and other related aspects. Ensure the smooth running of the assigned region with monitor incoming & outgoing Stock Transfer Order (STO) for Plants, hubs and warehouses & ensure accurate inventory closing, SC reporting and collarboration with different SABIC cross functions. 
Responsible for securing relevant supply chain information, transforming it into recommendations or proposals to key stakeholders and driving best practice benchmarking for Supply Chain Management. Ensures best in class market and business intelligence for Supply Chain Management and facilitates the decision making process within SCM and other key stakeholders on a strategic, tactical and operation level through delivering tailored intelligence. Including best Logistics Digitalization sloutions. Manage & resposible for Regional Logistics Services as well as all its’ related service providers' activities (e.g.Road/Rail/Air Transportation, 3PL Management, Surveyors, Documentation,Custom Brokerage, etc) to ensure comply with organization values and business goals. 
Responsible for designing, maintaining and improving internal KPI reporting and supporting Supply Chain department with internal and external data for quality service management and supplier evaluation. Responsible for maintaining generic market informationand specific segment information to support reducing Logistics cost.
• Responsible and accountable for subject region Logistics Services as well as all its related procured services utilization (e.g. Road/Rail/Air/Ocean Transportation, 3PL/LLP Management, Surveyors, Documentation, Custom Brokerage, etc) to ensure comply with organization values and business goals.
• Ensure optimum Supply Chain capability and its services to transportation to and from manufacturing plants, warehouses, hub storage, shipping, delivery, highsea and other related aspects. 
• Ensure efficient SC Logistics activities for incoming and outgoing for plants, hubs and warehouses, ensure accurate physical inventory and SC reporting to meet SBU’s performance & financial goals, as well as oversees its EHSS, sustainability and Compliances, support internal/external audit as well.
• Make recommendations to delivery logistics operation strategy in response to cost analyses, work to reduce overall logistics costs, ensure logistics operations are at optimum efficiency and stay within budgetary constraints 
• Initiate logistics operation stragety with cross function teams, the scope including but not limited to inventory management, warehouse strategy and business mode design in ROA
• Customs compliance operation including bonded, non bonded,customs distribution operation of trading business and compounding plant, contract manufacturing and sub-contracting. Customs E-handbook and golden system management
• Engage in new business scenario design and logitics operation soultion provider as key stakeholder in ROA or global initiated task.
• Ensure optimum logistics operation within assigned region/ROA, drive strategic logistics operation transformation and relevant Eco system development along with Petrochemicals business growth.
