Senior Analyst, Master Planner, CF, SEA Specialties

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead MIT/MTA/MTIZ inventory replemishment for make-sel and buy-sel, resolve supply issue to ensure smooth execution of fulfillment plan to relize sales plan.

- Collaborate with cross-functional team to improve SCM KPIs (Inventory target, DIOH, Aging, DT1P).

- Manager TTFG plan and changes (plant production volumn) through close communication with Schedulers, Raw material, Manufacturing team to ensure the plan is executed.

- Review all unconfirmed customers' orders and confirm the orders. Investigate any issue with the order and take corrective action.

- Ownership for inventory, lead MTI/MTA/MTIZ inventory replemishment for make-sell plan order and buy-sell. STR/STO. Manager safety stock, scap sales and optimize inventory level, and control AFG movement & analyze aged reasons to drive AFG reduction.

- Quarterly run FG sales classification, define planning strategy and update safety stock target.

- Responsible for maintenance of inventory master data, safety stock, planning strategy and clearing unused data and past due order.

Requirements:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or other related fields.

- 3 -5- years of relevant experience in related field.

- Good communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent MS Office utilization (MS Excel is a must)

- Strong analytical skills & problem solving skill

- Attentive to details & work with passion and enthusiasm.
