Job Summary

SABIC Specialty Compounding site in Raamsdonksveer is currently looking for enthusiastic process operators.

What will you be doing as a process operator at SABIC? You will monitor the progress of the production process, intervening when needed. Priority one being SAFETY for yourself, your co-workers, process and environment. You will be trained and educated to be an all-round operator for whom the factory has no secrets. A member of a solid and tight team.

How You Can Be The Impact

• Operating production and logistic lines in a safe, responsible and environment friendly manner. Including line changes and cleaning.
• You monitor your line(s) intervening when necessary.
• Safeguarding quality and procedures for your own and your co- workers safety.
• Participating in teams and meetings to continuously improve production, quality and safety.
• Responsible for an organized and clean workplace.
• Planning and organizing the work in your shift in close collaboration with your teammates.

What Matters to SABIC

• VMBO/MBO working and thinking level (basic operator/operator A or similar). Production experience is a plus.
• VCA (safety) certificate is mandatory and to be submitted or to be acquired within 2 months via SABIC
• You have high working standards, are proactive, result oriented and stress resistant.
• Strong social skills, able to motivate and energize others.
• Tough we prefer that you speak Dutch, English can be acceptable for the right candidate.

Our offer:

• A job in 3 shifts. On average you will be working 40 hours a week.
• A competitive salary in the well-paying chemical sector. A 13th month, holiday pay and a solid pension arrangement
• On top of your salary, you get a 17,5% shift allowance.
• Optimal leave policies: besides your vacation days, you will receive a personal budget (5,1% of your year salary) To be used for pay out, extra leave or personal development.
• An extra variable reward up to 3% a year.
