SAP Functional Consultant

 

We are seeking 3 highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant(s) specializing in 1 of the following 3 area(s):

 

  • Sales Order Management and CRM  
  • Specialise in defining the future BI & reporting platform, identifying opportunities to take advantage of AI/ML, and improving supplier collaboration
  • Supply chain planning, logistics, distribution management, and manufacturing

 

JOB PURPOSE:

 

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our SAP system, particularly in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment, with a focus on business process enhancement and thought leadership.

                       

Main Responsibilities:

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Expertise: Demonstrate fluency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, leveraging its capabilities to optimize Sales Order Management, CRM and customer interactions.
  • Business Process Enhancement: Analyze current business processes and proactively recommend improvements to drive efficiency and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership in SAP solutions, staying abreast of industry trends, and actively contributing insights to enhance sales order management and optimizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.
  • Optimize customer satisfaction through the enhancement of CRM functionalities and seamless sales order processing.
  • Be prepared for approximately 30% global travel, including the ability to travel unrestricted within the United States.
  • SAP Configuration and Customization:
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud modules to align with business processes, focusing on supply chain and manufacturing functionalities.
  • Customize SAP solutions to meet specific business needs within these domains.
  • User Training and Support:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to new SAP S/4HANA functionalities
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues within supply chain and manufacturing domains.

 

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree (Technical Equivalent) in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in Sales Order Management and CRM (6-9 years).
  • Strong business process knowledge and ability to provide thought leadership in SAP projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and globally
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in SAP solutions and achieving success in optimizing business processes.
  • Expertise in SAP modules such as SD, MM and CRM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global team and independently.
