Position       Engineer, MFG


Key responsibilities of Role:

Responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants to achieve the plant and production goals of Moka site in terms of process engineering


  • Lead & contribution to new product introduction by process engineering support.
  • Lead to planning of investment, modification and renovation of plant / production facilities.
  • Support with global investment team to get the P&E budget allocation and release timely.
  • Support of the P&E investment process with site manager to ensure they deliver the targets.
  • Coordinate reviews on project approval and post investment return.
  • Support key strategic expansion project preparation work.
  • Support to provide report to Asia Pacific or Global team for budget spending control for MFG manager assist
  • Optimization and modification of operation or plant process conditions for equipment reliability, sustainability, productivity improvement and preventive maintenance.
  • Design and project management and cost management of the above-mentioned plan.
  • Process information management on manufacturing process technology and technical know-how.
  • Exchanging technical information and global communication with overseas counterparts.
  • Lead continuous process improvement regarding to EHSS, equipment reliability, capacity.



Position Requirements:

Business Experience:

  • At least 5-year working experience of maintenance and process or mechanical engineering in plastic / chemical plant or machine maker and MNC (Multinational corporation.), corporation with site/office in many countries.
  • Experience of working in a global / Asia pacific scale project as an electrical / process / mechanical engineering
  • Experience in weak mechanical process field, CAD operation, Plant Equipment Control and investment project are preferable
  • Experience in plant facility as production line design or electric chief engineer and electric energy manager can be also a good asset.
  • Related in environmental knowledge & experience with environmental protection technologies (HEAF, Order abatement, WWTP) & environment regulations.

Educational background:

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Electrical / Chemical / Mechanical / Process Engineering or Environmental Engineer (Environmental Engineering BG in University) or related fields


  • Native Level in Japanese
  • Fluent in English; excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

Regular full-time employee

Working hours:

Working Hour : 9:00 – 17:30 (7.5 hours / 1 hour lunch break)

Annual Salary & Incentive

JPY 5.5 MM – JPY 7.5 MM

plus Incentive (Annual Salary x Target (4% -15%) x Performance ratio

Flex time:

Core time : 10:00 – 15:30


Annual 119 Days (Sat. , Sun. & Site Calendar Holidays)

Annual leaves

Min. 11 days up to Max. 20 days per year
