Electrical Engineer
Key responsibilities of Role:
Responsible for designing and implementing electrical manufacturing processes, equipment, and plants to achieve the plant and production goals of the organization.
- Lead to planning of investment, modification and renovation of plant / production facilities.
- Coordinate with global investment team to get the P&E budget allocation and release timely.
- Coordinate the P&E investment process with site manager to ensure they deliver the targets.
- Coordinate reviews on project approval and post investment return.
- Support key strategic expansion project preparation work.
- Provide report to Asia Pacific or Global team for budget spending control.
- Optimization and modification of electrical process conditions for equipment reliability, sustainability, productivity improvement and preventive maintenance.
- Design and project management and cost management of the above-mentioned plan.
- Electrical information management on maintenance manufacturing technology and technical know-how.
- Exchanging technical information and global communication with overseas counterparts.
- Lead continuous process improvement regarding to EHSS, equipment reliability, capacity.
