Job Purpose:

To Supervise all daily maintenance electrical activities including, executing, troubleshooting, problem resolution to run the plant safely and efficiently without interruption.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Comply with PK policies and management systems.
  • Lead all daily maintenance execution activities, conduct toolbox meeting, discuss safety issues with the workforce, Request Permits, distribute activities and spares, communicate & coordinate with operation, other disciplines & service providers, Prepare JSAs and ensure compliance to prerequisites of health and Safety critical activities, and ensure all scheduled jobs timely executed.  Also attend daily update planning meetings, review maintenance schedule, communicate with planning team.
  • Review the maintenance plan including man-hours, other discipline & services support, and ensure proper closing and data filling for SAP orders & Calibration reports in Meridium after completing the activity. Scheduled jobs are completed on daily basis.
  • Respond to operation and maintenance activities (normal or emergency cases), assess the risks and ensure all tools and manpower required are provided for completing the work activities. Manage and distribute contract workforce.
  • Report the additional Spare, assistance, tools unavailability BOM Discrepancies, drawing and specific SMP requirements to Specialist/Engineer for effective & efficient maintenance.
  • Participates effectively in TA execution activities, coordination, execution, and following up on findings.
  • Provide Support to execution and commissioning of Capex projects, which required maintenance order, JSA and close supervision.
  • Execute the expense projects which can be accomplished through direct maintenance order or ready for construction and require maintenance involvement.
  • Meet all maintenance execution KPIs related to electrical. Ensure quality of entered data in SAP as well as proper update of equipment history files.
  • Implement assigned company business plan requirement.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or High School.

 

Minimum Experience:

 

  • 15-20 Years of related experience.

Work Availability

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
