Job Purpose:
Provide continual improvement process for maintenance in order to achieve best quartile performance in maintenance KPIs including cost control and benchmarking and application of best practices.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Kemya Annual Plan cycles as SME: This includes KAP kickoff, participate in risk based work selections sessions, report KAP monthly performance, planning and Job Pack readiness and conduct critique meetings.
  • Analyze SAP data for work orders to identify trends and opportunities for improvement: This includes using statistical analysis tools to identify patterns in maintenance data reporting abnormalities, developing reports and presentations to communicate findings, and working with the maintenance team to implement improvement plans.
  • Analyze KEMYA plants maintenance cost and performance and come up with recommendations
  • Integrate KAP to FCC yearly plan cycle as part of VD6.
  • Organization Assessment Lead (SPAN, FLS Index, DMWR, CAS).
  • Participate in maintenance Audit & Assessment internally or externally.
  • Apply maintenance best practices/benchmarking and support analysis of other maintenance initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.

 

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 Years of experience in the Polymer/Hydrocarbon/Elastomer Industry.

 

Job Specific Skills:

  • Experience with maintenance data analysis software
