Job Purpose:

 

Support operation and maintenance functions with engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and problem identification, problem resolution activities to run the plant safely efficiently without interruption.

 

 

 

 

Job Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Provide technical support to keep plant run and produce as per the design.                                                         
  • Develop/review maintenance scope of work.                                                    
  • Troubleshoot breakdown and analysis reason rework.                                               
  • Comply with Sharq policies and SHEMs / OMS procedures and contribute to achieve target SHE rates as well as comply with quality procedures and Sharq ISO certified standards.                                                
  • Conduct detailed failure analysis, improvements studies, technical reports and quality/safety assurance audits for major breakdowns and non-routine maintenance activities. Also, enhance reliability and availability of equipment, especially SHE and production critical equipment, by utilizing all internal and external resources including vendors and contractors, In addition, all relevant documents to be documented and tracked.                                                           
  • Check the availability of spare parts of SHE and production critical based on request, evaluate new spare part registration formalities, and carry out obsoleteness review.                                                     
  • Participate effectively in TAM preparation, execution, quality checks and following up on findings.                               
  • Execute quality checks and close out the expense DCR projects which can be accomplished through direct maintenance order or ready for construction and require maintenance involvement.                                                
  • Participate in annual budget preparation by providing all required capital spare parts and special maintenance.                                                         
  • Enhance employee knowledge by conducting on job / classroom training sessions, reviewing the JQP material as well as attending all scheduled training sessions.                                                       
  • perform all Tasks or activities assigned by Department leader in term of development or business demand.                          

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Education:

 

BS Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.

 

 

 

 

Minimum Experience:

 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant field

 

 

 

 

 

Job Specific Skills/Competencies:

 

  • Budgeting.
  • Advance level of soft skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • How to write procedure and policies.
  • Saudi Council of Engineering Certified.

Work Availability

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
