Job Purpose:

To assure that the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the OT assets, Industrial Control System and OT Network infrastructure are implemented and maintained to the highest security standards and safeguarding from External and Internet Cyber threats

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible to execute system and Network maintenance plans to proactively manage reliability and availability based on Industry standard and SABIC requirement.
  • Adheres to Organization change management process and SABIC standard procedures to meet cybersecurity requirement.
  • Responsible for upgrading and managing Cyber Security devices (Firewall, switches etc.) on all plants OT DCS, Automation System, and network.
  • Performs periodic reviews of Cyber Security Configuration to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Plan and manage all Cyber Security projects to enhance Cybersecurity requirement and work as affiliate Ambassador to Corporate SABIC.
  • Coordinate with OEM to ensure smooth operations and support to all systems in terms of cybersecurity requirement and monitoring OT network security.
  • Identifying any security vulnerability in the systems and propose solutions. Apply system hardening and Whitelisting applications. Carry out periodical internal or external security audit.
  • Proactively analyze the OT infrastructure for Security Gaps, Monitor logs and analyze security incidents and response.
  • Work and maintain ISO 27001 ISMS and SABIC IT-OT Maturity Models guideline on security policies and procedure.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation to assist with the on-going operation, maintenance, and development of the Cyber Security services.
  • Provide timely and frequent technical updates to SABIC IT-OT on advisory and alerts.
  • Provide user access management control and services to fulfil Cyber Security requirements.
  • Proactivity participate in Cyber Security Drill to maintain compliances.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in computer / Network
  • Technical Certifications in Security from CISCO/Microsoft or Equivalent

 

 

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in OT Cyber Security system support.
  • Must have hands-on experience of implementing, configuring and supporting of Cyber Security network infrastructure and
  • Security devices (Firewall/ switches/ OS's etc.)
  • Experience in endpoint security (Symantec, MacAfee), system hardening and Whitelisting.

 

 

Job Specific Skills:

  • Technical Certifications in Security from CISCO/Microsoft or Equivalent
  • Network Security , Firewall Management Tools skills
  • OT System Integration
  • Technical Certification in Windows Server/Vmware or Equivalent
  • Well Familiar with Cyber Security NCA / NIST / ISO27001 Compliances
