Job Purpose:

 

Plan all maintenance activities based on manpower available capacity in accordance with Asset maintenance Work Process OMS-431. Also, monitoring and reporting of planning and maintenance KPIs Maintenance and planning manager, develop and publishing and major activities report in their assigned area.

 

Job Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Primary role is to create PR for approved Service PR creation requests received from End-Users. Ensure Requester Leader,

Request Manager and Cost Engineer approve all the Service PR creation requests.

  • Analyze PR and SES creation request submitted by requester. Accept or reject based on the details provided by the requester. For PR make sure to be approved CMS Form 3 along with PR creation request from End-User Requester.
  • Create Service PR and SES in SAP for the  accepted requests and arrange to release by required SHARQ Management Levels. For PRs follow-up with Global Procurement System till the PO are placed for the released Service PRs.
  • Ensure all the Contractor SHE Requirements are acknowledge by contractor and enclosed with contractor proposal submitted against the RFQ.
  • Coordinate with End-Users for the Technical Evaluation of the contractor proposal received from Global Procurement System. Amend PR if required based on End-User request. Make sure to be approved CMS FORM 4 from End-User Requester.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Global Procurement System to discuss pending issues and get detailed update also send

weekly and monthly PR & SES reports to end users.

 

Minimum Education:

 

-  High school or Diploma

 

 

Minimum Experience:

 

-  Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the relevant field

  • Very good in planning and scheduling maintenance jobs.
  • Good in English Communication (Written & Oral)
  • Very good in Resource Management
  • SAP PM/MM Knowledge.
