Job Purpose:
Carry out inspection of stationary equipment as per inspection procedures / plans set out by SABTANK as outcome of RBI.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out PM, CM and RBI task as per SABTANK inspection procedure.
- Based on inspection findings prepare inspection report giving recommendations on corrective action / repair procedure, as required.
- Check and verify the actions done by Maintenance or Contractor on Inspection Recommendations from performance and quality point of view.
- Checking of NDT instruments under his control. Report any problems to Inspection Supervisor.
- Shall enter the required TML and inspection records in Meridium software, as required.
- Carry out inspection of materials (MTC).
- Carry out any other special tasks assigned by Inspection supervisor and /or inspection engineer.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma in relevant field. Should be certified in following NDTs (ndt LEVEL II, MPI , DPT , UT. . SHALL BE certified at least one in the following API: API570, API510 , API 653.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 Years' of minimum work experience in the Petrochemical industry.
Job Specific Skills:
- Broad experience in Petrochemical/Fertilizer Plant or Refinery Equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of static inspection activities & maintenance planning with the ability to create and implement inspection systems.
- Knowledge of SAP and Meridium APM preferred.
Job Specific Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of the safety, health and environmental aspects associated with the inspection and maintenance activities. Fluent in English and computer using knowledge.
- Good presentation skills, effective verbal and written skills & interacts effectively with all levels of the organization on technical topics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point. Ability in decision making in accordance to business demand.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
