Job Purpose:
Plan, Prepare, Develop and execution of the Plant Turnaround activities as per the strategic five-year Turnaround (TA) plan, with effective TA duration and resources optimization and SHEM compliance complying with company's business objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Update the TA procedures and documents in compliance to SHEM & OMS requirements, assist the SHEM administrator for SHEM and Quality audits, participate in e-SHEM program, Analyze TA KPI generated post TA execution, lesson learnt and recommendation, its implementation for next TA & Closing reports preparation for reporting and history thus aligning the TA outcome with expected results.
- Develop detailed milestones to track the TA preparation, report on readiness during the various turnaround phases by reviewing the detailed shutdown schedules, identifying critical path activities, overall shutdown durations and resource requirements for smooth TA execution.
- Assessing the risks during turnaround planning phase by identifying potential conflicts and deviations and propose solutions to mitigate them, Formulate the contracting strategy considering the previous turnaround performance and current market scenario during TA preparation for cost effectiveness.
- Develops the communication strategy to have proactive communication with relevant stakeholders in various phases of turnaround and participate as well as Follow-up for the TA Review assessment for their recommendations & its implementation hence following best TA practices.
- Evaluate the received technical bids in coordination with respective stakeholders for contractor selection, coordinating with GPS for commercial negotiation to control cost and initiate kick of meeting with the selected contractor to plan and schedule the work execution.
- Follow-up for the action items listed during the regular preparation team meeting highlighting various requirements, progress sharing and resolving conflict if any as well as developing instant action plan for unforeseen events/discovery tasks during the TA execution, hence controlling the schedule.
- Participates effectively in Managing Plant Turnaround Maintenance Activities (OMS-432).
Requirements:
- Education qualifications: B.S. in Engineering (Electrical).
Minimum Experience:
- Years of experience: (5) years (Electrical Field).
- 2 yrs. Turnaround /project Experience in petrochemical industry.
