Job Purpose:
- To lead & facilitate ACA analysis on the company’s selected systems.
- To work as focal point for all ACA Activity , to Insure the implementation & Effectiveness of ACA recommendations and to update all analysis to achieve SHARQ Reliability KPI’s.
- To administer and support ACA efforts and provide interface with SABIC CoE.
- To provide awareness of the ACA methodology. To Liaise with senior management regarding issues in implementation and execution.
Job Key Accountabilities:
- Facilitate the ACA team members for all ACA methodology related supports to achieve the meaningful results aligned with company objectives.
- Provide ACA team members information like existing SAP failure data, Maintenance policies, SAP HANA records.
- Perform ACA data quality assurance to improve the analysis.
- Communicate with SABIC CoE for all requirements, feedbacks, KPIs and system improvements etc.
- Insure the implementation of recommendations in SAP through Planner, Non SAP through related department Management / personnel.
- Continuous improvement and induction of Reliability culture in the company through continuous monitoring of Reliability KPIs of company, Carrying out special tasks to improve / demonstrate / personnel orientation / Objective quantitative personnel surveys and
- raising training need with their coordination.
- GE Meriduim Utilization to update the studies
- Prepare annual ACA reports, Monitor ACA effectiveness, sharing knowledge with other SABIC affiliates and getting benefits & Prepare ACA training and development plan.
Minimum Education:
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas/petrochemical/refinery plant’s in maintenance of which major period of independent trouble shooting and technical solutions of Polyethylene, Ethylene Glycol, Utility and Olefins plants is required.
- Should be experienced to carry out the ACA analyses minimum as ACA member.
- Experience in GE Meridium.
Job Specific Skills/Competencies:
- Experience in SAP PM and MM Module, MS Office and have good presentation skills.
- Conversed with ACA analyses tools like Pareto, Growth, Weibul and should be able to utilize diversified data.
- Knowledge of MERIDIUM or any such analytical software data base with facilitator skills is added advantage.
- Reliability knowledge and experience will be well rewarded.
- Strong background in developing Maintenance and Inspection strategies.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; leadership and working through others; conceptual and analytical thinking; managing change and good problem solving skills.
- Must acquirement statistical methods to analyses the data for large data analysis.
- Must prove himself a team leader through skills and expertise.
- Must be able to work under pressure and give maximum output.
- Good knowledge in Environment Health & Safety standards and risk management tools.
- Good presentation skills, effective verbal and written skills & interacts effectively with all levels of the organization on technical topics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability in decision making in accordance to business demand.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
