Job Purpose:

 

Provide a proper support to MCM activities, give a proper recommendation based on data analysis and introduce/improve the predictive maintenance technologies.

 

 

 

 

Job Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Analyze Condition Monitoring data (Vibration, Oil), Motor Current and Thermography.
  • Prepare report and send the required report to concerned people with due recommendations.
  • Attend relevant meetings with other departments discuss/brief/decide about various issues related to condition monitoring.
  • Provide the necessary support for field activities and provide technical guidance to the MCM Specialists/Inspectors.
  • Develop and update the procedure and ensure adherence of codes and standards as applicable to the job requirements.
  • Participate in internal and external committees and assignments.
  • Ensure the compliance of MCM procedure to SHARQ's Vision, Mission and QMS and practicing this in all of section activities.
  • Contribute in Improving tools utilization and introducing/evaluating new predictive maintenance technologies/Projects.
  • Review the frequency of data collection in yearly basis and review and tune the MCM software data base as per requirements.

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Education:

 

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.

 

 

 

 

Minimum Experience:

 

5 Years’ experience in the relevant field.

 

 

 

 

Job Specific Skills/Competencies:

 

  • Good command on spoken and written English and should be Computer literate.
  • Category III certification from Vibration Institute or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge in PC MS, SAP and host software and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; leadership and working through others; conceptual and analytical thinking; managing change and good problem solving skills.

Work Availability

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
