Job Purpose:
To carry out all inspection’s activities required to ensure plant integrity and reliability for safe and efficient plants operation.
Job Key Accountabilities:
- Carry out all on-stream and shutdown inspection activities of stationary equipment, pressure relieving devices and release recommendations to maintain asset integrity and reliability.
- Perform conditions monitoring of stationary equipment as per Condition monitoring programs to evaluate asset condition.
- Witness external/internal inspection activities of stationary equipment and related activities per request to provide recommendations and technical evaluations.
- Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives
- Explore new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of inspection activity.
- Implement approved Section policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures in order to support execution of the Section’s work programs in line with Company and International standards
- Provide input for preparation of the Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Stationary Section objectives
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Minimum Experience:
6 years in mechanical maintenance work.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
