Job Purpose:

 

  • Lead strategic activities related to OT Cybersecurity
  • Assess OT systems for Cybersecurity
  • Derive Life cycle management for OT Assets
  • Provide Technical support and expertise to maintain OT Assets
  • Interact with external vendors, technology suppliers for system & application updates
  • Provide necessary support to implement best practices and global standards of OT Cybersecurity

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

 
  1. Deploy, scale, and maintain & provide administration and operation support different cybersecurity controls such as:
  • Firewall, IPS, IDS
  • Antivirus
  • SIEM
  • Active directory
  • Application whitelisting
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Patch management
  • Backup and Recovery

 

 
  1. Design , implement, and manage innovative cybersecurity controls for ICS infra environment

 
  1. Provide administration and operation support for network devices such as Firewalls, switches, and routers.

 
  1. Ensure that security controls & network devices are maintained and managed throughout the lifecycle

 
  1. Operate and troubleshoot cybersecurity controls & Perform log files analysis activities. 

  

 
  1. Respond to all system/or network cyber security incidents following incident response plan activities.

 

 
  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures.

 
  1. Report and communicate KPI’s and OT Cybersecurity Roadmap milestones with the relevant functions within the organization.

 

 

 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • B.S Degree in information security / computer science / computer engineering
  • Applicant preferred to have: CEH, CISSP, CCNA Security, CCNP Security.
  • Preferred applicant with knowledge and background in Industrial Controls Systems environment.

 

 

 

Minimum Experience:
  • Engineer I – Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience

 

 

Job Specific Skills:
  • Cybersecurity knowledge
  • IT knowledge
  • IT Networking Knowledge
  • Familiarity with International standards, codes and regulations
  • Awareness of SABIC SHEMS
  • Computer literate and hands on experience in applicable software
  • Analytical & communication skills

 

 

 

Competencies:
  • Good Knowledge of Cybersecurity controls.
  • Good Knowledge of English
  • Problem solving & analyzing skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills

 

 

 

 

Work Availability

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
