Job Purpose:
To lead & facilitate RIS analysis on the company’s selected system. To work as focal point for all RIS Activity and Insure the implementation & Effectiveness of RIS recommendations and to update all analysis to achieve SHARQ Reliability KPI’s.
Job Key Accountabilities:
- Develop & maintain Quality procedures for RIS of plant assets update and audit when required.
- Collection, preparation, review and utilization of technical data related to selected Operational systems of the plants and keeping permanent record in plant directory for future reference.
- Facilitate the RIS team members for all RIS methodology related supports to achieve the meaningful results aligned with company objectives.
- Providing RIS team member’s information like existing SAP data, Maintenance records and support search for any other data source available with Maintenance, Operation or Engineering in their files / departments.
- RIS quality reviews for the improvement of analyses tools and inserted data. Communicate with SABIC MCE for all requirements, feedbacks, KPIs and system improvements etc.
- Insure the implementation of recommendations in SAP through Planner, Non SAP through related department Management / personnel.
- Continuous improvement and induction of Reliability culture in the company through continuous monitoring of Reliability KPIs of company, Carrying out special tasks to improve / demonstrate / personnel orientation / Objective quantitative personnel surveys and raising training need with their coordination.
- Prepare annual RIS reports, Monitor RIS effectiveness, sharing knowledge with other SABIC affiliates and getting benefits.
Minimum Education:
BS Degree in control system Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
5 years of relevant experience in oil & gas/petrochemical/refinery plant’s in maintenance of which major period of independent trouble shooting and technical solutions of Polyethylene, Ethylene Glycol, Utility and Olefins plants is required.
Job Specific Skills/Competencies:
- Worked on SAP, MS Office and have good presentation skills.
- SAP Functions Knowledge.
- Meridium analysis Tools Knowledge.
- Reliability Procedures Knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; leadership and working through others; conceptual and analytical thinking; managing change and good problem solving skills.
- Must acquire statistical methods to analyze the data for large data analysis.
- Must prove himself a team leader through skills and expertise.
- Must be able to work under effectively and give maximum output.
- Good knowledge in Environment Health & Safety standards and risk management tools.
- Good presentation skills, effective verbal and written skills & interacts effectively with all levels of the organization on technical topics.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability in decision making in accordance to business demand.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
