Job Purpose:
To provide and coach Meridium applications to the users and ability to develop and deliver classroom and individual training as needed. Additionaly, to track and manage the recommendations in Meridium, control
and monitor studies and recommendations within TP+ system, and oversee the Deploy & Track system to ensure effective impelemntation and compliance.
Job Key Accountabilities:
- Comply with SHARQ policies and Shem’s procedures and contribute to achieving target SHE rates.
- Monitor, control, and administrate the training plan related to meridium users and communicate these requirements to employees. Also, track the training progress and follow up with trainees ensure completion of their programs.
- Provides first line technical support in describing and understanding system of records application utilization and capability with focus on Meridium systems and TP+ system.
- Oversee the technical document related activities with in SABIC portal "RAS" along with the internal system of SHARQ Deploy & Track system to ensure effective impelemntation and compliance.
- Evaluates level of access in the applications and process access requests.
- Develops and delivers training material to maintain current organizational competency but also for advertising new features available within the system of record application supporting improvements in the user functional group efficiency. Provides support to RCM/RBI/RIS by providing application capability utilization and awareness training. Owns preparation and delivery of application training in an individual as well as classroom environment.
- Coordinate with SABIC-Meridium team & TP+ Team for upgradation or any technical issue with the system. Capture and coordinate any suggestion or improvement required in the system.
Minimum Education:
- Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Sunday – Thursday) during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
