Sr. Sales Executive, Polymers
JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into the Sr. Manager, Polymers Sales, and the Sr. Sales Executive is mainly focus on managing revolving sales (existing customers & existing business) with using basic selling skill and transactional selling approach to close sales/contracts and achieve tactical sales goals at small and medium accounts within individual sales territory.
You will:
- Identify buying influence role involved and major contact user buying influence
- Maintain cohesive business relationship with existing customers
- Strengthen SABIC position to keep and grow existing business
- Define customer current needs and provide existing solution including both products and services
- Understand SABIC products and services difference with key competitors
- Collect customer feedback and handle service requests/complaints to meet customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop new business at existing customers
- Explore and develop new prospect customers and define new potential business
- Manage sales funnel as pipeline to achieve sustainable growth plan in short term

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor degree, prefer in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years in Sales / Marketing and customer services related experience
- Prefer 3-6 years’ experience in Polymers and/or Petrochemical related industrial environment
