Job Summary

The Specialist role will lead and execute the governance and activation of SABIC corporate brand strategy within AMR region with a view to increase long-term brand value and build its reputation by enabling SABIC’s business agenda.


How You Can Be the Impact

  • Guides corporate affairs, strategic business functions, business partners vendors and third-parties on the SABIC brand guidelines in order to maintain SABIC brand identity consistency.
  • Protects SABIC brand assets through SABIC brand trademark governance and compliance.
  • Supports the regional growth project team through brand guidance and the development of JC partner brand guidelines.
  • Maintains awareness of changing market dynamics, evaluates how these changes may impact SABIC, and makes informed proposals to senior leadership on how to respond, in order to keep the SABIC brand current, relevant, and competitive.
  • Engages with corporate affairs and strategic business functions to create activities, messaging, and content that effectively support and translate SABIC's brand values, purpose, and commitments.
  • Lead and execute SABIC annual brand activities and initiatives, and drive the internal/external activation with employees and external stakeholders cross the region.
  • Engages with strategic business functions, driving the common understanding of the SABIC brand purpose and commitments, and running workshop for sales/frontline staff to help improve the customer brand experience.
  • Enable the planning, execution and communications of all brand reputation monitoring and tracking to determine ROI, brand value and reputational value of SABIC, enabling learnings to be put into actions at the regional level.
  • Apprises leaders, corporate affairs and strategic business functions on the current state of SABIC's brand equity and advises as to how to increase the brand value of SABIC through increasing awareness and building the company brand image.
  • Develops, implements and executes the SABIC brand Initiatives and projects across the region, in addition of developing and owns the annual brand plans (KPI’s, Objectives, Budgets) in line with leadership.

What Matters to SABIC

  • Undergraduate degree with specialization in marketing, brand strategy, advertising, marketing communication.
  • Min 6-9 years experience in b2b/b2c corporate brand management, across multiple geographic regions and business models.
  • Marketing and communications expertise and effectiveness measurement.
  • Ability to monitor activities across organizations and synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
