Job Summary:

The Site Finance Senior Analyst will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Controllership, EPM and Financial Closing teams to assure accurate and timely creation of auditable financial statements for multiple manufacturing sites, possibly including joint ventures.  Responsibilities will also include preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, oversight of monthly cycle counting, collaboration with manufacturing on planning and execution of the annual physical inventory, implementation and maintenance of internal controls and both internal and external audit support.

The Treasury Lead is responsible for overseeing the company's treasury functions, including liquidity management, cash flow optimization, and financial risk mitigation within the Engineering Thermoplastics industry. This role involves managing a team focused on treasury and tax operations and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic financial objectives. The Treasury Lead plays a critical role in enhancing the company's financial stability and supporting strategic initiatives through expert financial management.

Expertise in liquidity management, cash flow optimization, risk mitigation, and treasury operations. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Advanced knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards. Proficiency in using treasury management tools and software.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) in a relevant discipline and professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are preferred.

Minimum Experience: 

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in treasury roles, preferably within the engineering thermoplastics or manufacturing industry.
Experience leading treasury teams and managing complex financial strategies and operations.
