Job Summary

Enhance the end user experience for all of SABIC’s user community focusing on the Americas (AMR).

  • Managing End User Service Operations through Supplier Management, Global IT Collaboration, that help to meet the Global IT Strategy and business objectives.

  • Managing end user expectation and service delivery. 

  • Partner with Global Security to deliver secure safe solutions for AMR users.

 

How You Can Be the Impact

(Job Responsibilities)

  • AMR End User Operations Lead managing KPIs/SLAs and ensuring Procedure adherence.

  • PC Lifecycle Service Owner delivering Computing services to Americas region.

  • Project Manager for small to medium projects;  Project Member for small, medium or large global initiatives

  • Managing Service Providers to their scope of work.

 

What Matters to SABIC

(Job Requirements)

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or a related computer systems degree or University degree with minimum of 10 years of IT related experience

  • 5 years’ management experience in  IT services is preferred

Other:

  • 10 years of experience in managing and monitoring service providers

  • Demonstrated experience in working with business to understand business strategy and translate it to IT Services

  • Experience in defining and managing architecture with IT Infrastructure and IT Application teams
