JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for timely and accurate Order Management and Order Fulfillment process to achieve customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• End to end Order Management and Order Fulfillment
• Resolve daily operational issues and seek to simplify and standardize customer service operational processes
• Responsible for non-technical compliant handling process, including technical quality notification creation, follow up, feedback and compensation/return process
• Lead and coordinate with internal stakeholders on crisis management
• Prepare, analyze and submit daily operations as part of monthly/quarterly management performance reports

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or similar functions, preferably in chemical industries                                      
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate skillful communication in a multicultural and multilingual environment
• High level of meticulousness to ensure data accuracy
