JOB PURPOSE

Provides support to Payroll Specialist by providing payroll inputs & handling invoice processing  and vendor Management related to HR,        

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Receive, Review, and validate invoices from vendors for HR- related services.
  • Ensure accuracy & completeness of invoice details in SAP.
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoice in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation for audit and reference purposes.
  • Creating PR and PO in SAP.
  • Proficiency in preparation & validation of payroll data for salary processing.
  • Monthly payroll processing, coordinating with P&A department for salary inputs.
  • Responsible for TDS calculation and deduction.
  • Calculation for leave encashment, gratuity, LTA calculation, statutory bonus calculation for all the employees.
  • Maintain personnel file records of employees.
  • Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly report to the management lie, joining, exit, PF, ESI, and salary etc.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree is must
  • Masters in HR&IR would be an added advantage
  • SAP certification/experience
  • Extensive computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the desire to be proactively involved in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
