Senior Analyst HR Operations


The global HR organization is built around 3 pillars and 4 regions (Americas, Asia, Europe and MEA).

The first pillar is the team of HR strategic business partners enabling SABIC transformation by collaborating with & influencing business leaders to develop the corporate strategy, identifying HR solutions with the broader HR function to deliver on the talent priorities.

The second pillar is the team of regionally organized HR operations with the focus on driving operational processes in the employ lifecycle like payroll, on boarding, staffing, training and reporting in line with the business strategy, legal requirements and labour relations. The HRSC’s are part of HR operations.

The third pillar is the global team of People and Organization. This team focus on policies and tools regarding e.g. leadership and people development, organisational effectiveness, C&B, talent solutions and talent acquisition. All these pillars work in close cooperation in the value creation framework, the interlinked HR processes.


For the HR team HR People Processes we are looking for a senior analyst.


The job is part of the HR People Processes team responsible for continuous improvement of HR processes and systems and digitalization in Europe. The team works close together with other HR departments in Europe, other regions and the head office in Saudi Arabia. The vacancy is a replacement of one of 5 employees in the team because of a career step.


The team is reporting to the manager HR People Processes Europe and is part of HR Operations Europe department.



  • Support in the development and execution of HR projects and initiatives regarding continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures to improve efficiencies, standardization supporting short- and long term business needs.
  • Coordinate activities and operational execution for/ with external suppliers like Company Cars provider and KMPG for international employability and work permits
  • Responsible for all operational International Mobility activities. Inform and support stakeholders on the legal regulations and procedures. Take care of all necessary administration, audits and requests in close cooperation with KMPG.
  • Manage the structure and authorizations of the document environment for HR Europe. Support, maintain and develop the European HR website on intranet in alignment with stakeholders and the colleagues on the head office in Saudi Arabia.
  • Execute reports on request and to support projects and initiatives
  • Communicate, train and support stakeholders regarding execution of existing and new regulations, systems, policies and processes



  • Minimum education on bachelor level (HBO level) preferable in the direction of HR management or comparable education
  • Relevant work experience of minimum of 3-5 years
  • Fluent Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Knowledge of International labor regulations
  • Structural worker and analytic thinker
  • Problem solving and ability to find solutions
  • Bring up new ideas and improvements of processes
  • Communication skills
