JOB PURPOSE

  1. Responsible for steel structure, mechanical, piping equipment reliability including CAPEX / OPEX Project planning and execution, Equipment PM planning and analysis, Asset management, Spare part management, Risk assessment, Drawing review, SAP utilitzation, etc.
  2. Collaborate with team members and other department employees to improve equipment productivity and product quality.

 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Equipment maintenance inspection
    • Major scope : Steel structure, Mechanical, Piping
    • Annual equipment inspection schedule review and inspection status monitoring
    • Inspection result analysis (Comparative analysis with equipment downtime, product quality issue and equipment maintenance history card)
    • Based on analysis, revise and make a plan for PM schedule, equipment improvement project, spare part management, etc.
    • CM, PM, CBM planning
  2. Equipment spare part management

Major equipment spare part inventory status monitoring

Create necessary spare part list by analyzing the possibility and severity of unplanned equipment stop

Spare part purchsasement planning (Short / Mid / Long term)                                

  1. Asset mangement

New asset creation registration

Existing asset reliability review

Idle asset disposal planning and execution"

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  1. 5+ years in maintenance area of compounding or similar process industries
  2. Silo, Extruder, Packer, Cooling tower, Air compressor, Pump, etc.
  3. Good communication skills
  4. English-language ability
  5. SAP modules
  6. MS Office experience

Industrial equipment maintenance knowledge
