Engineer, Production
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strictly comply with relevant EHSS regulations and requirements.
- Keep production information secret.
- Monitor daily compounding production to ensure production KPIs related to safety/quality/productivity can be achieved.
- Ensure production fully comply with ISO system requirements
- Improve the workshop 5S and visual management
- Lead SOP compile and provide training for production team
- Lead production trouble shooting and offer technical support to shift team
- Gatekeeper production order schedule and make sure schedule optimization
- Assist new product scale up and collect necessary data during trial run to get final process parameter.
- Be responsible for innovations to improve production safety and ergonomics conditions
- Improve product quality through analyzing quality defect to work out improvement plan and implement
- Improve operational productivity through analyzing operational indicators and seek opportunities from colleagues
- Analyze the production of waste, increasing yield and decreasing volume of waste and cost of treatment
- Assist in people hiring
- Manage production consumable
Qualifications Required:
- University degree or above with major in polymer engineering or related
- At least 5 years' working experience in plastics manufacturing/processing with people management experience
- Proven result-oriented with strong execution ability
- Clear thinking
- Good communication skills and Team-work spirit
- Good planning ability
- Trainer experience preferable
- Strong data analysis skills, be data-driven
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking
- Good skills of MS-Office software
