HRBP Internship

 

MISSION:

The objective of this assignment is to provide an entry-level graduate experience related with HR Business Partner role. During this assignment, the person will acquire practical, hands-on experience, supporting varying range of organizational and human resources related themes, from talent management, labour relations to organizational projects. You will participate and contribute to the execution of HR agenda in Cartagena site.    

This internship will provide you a real work experience in a multinational company, and the opportunity to expand knowledge, theorical insights and skills through the interaction with several departments/people with different backgrounds. 

The direct team consists of Service Center, HR Business Partners & HR Sr. Manager. We work with HR colleagues across European or Global organization in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, etc. As HR leads for the  Manufacturing site, we interact closely with Manufactuing leaders and employees at Cartagena industrial facility. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works closely with other HR team members to deploy specific functional policies and participate in improving HR processes, aligned with business priorities.
  • Provides support for varying HR disciplines, including: professional and personnel relations, employee compensation and benefits, employee engagement, organizational design and change, communications & career development. 
  • Tracks progress of identified project assignments.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related disciplines. Preferably Last year student
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn & pro-active mindset 
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Result- orientation 
  • Communication skills
