Job Summary

Realizar manutenção de sistemas de automação industrial, gerenciamento de documentação e backup do sistema, bem como, controle e instrumentação em processos industriais.

How You Can Be the Impact

• Identificar problemas com equipamentos de controle e automação e promover melhorias através das necessidades da produção e Investigação de falhas crônicas de equipamentos com a proposta de soluções.
• Garantir o perfeito funcionamento de equipamentos e instrumentos através de técnicas de mantenabilidade e confiabilidade desenvolvendo e implementando novos projetos de automação e melhoria, seguindo as necessidades da empresa, aumentando a segurança e a eficiência da fábrica;
• Manter a confiabilidade do sistema através de inspeções preventivas periódicas especificando equipamentos e sistemas de controle, medida e instrumentação em função das suas características;
• Identificar problemas com equipamentos de controle e automação e promover melhorias através das necessidades da produção;
• Treinar os colaboradores da empresa da área de manufatura sobre o funcionamento dos equipamentos, garantindo o entendimento de todos na sua operação segura;
• Praticar as orientações de segurança no trabalho, com base nas instruções, cursos e treinamentos realizados por EHS, para a garantia das condições de trabalho na empresa;
• Zelar pelas normas de qualidade, instruções e procedimentos internos estabelecido pelo sistema de gestão, praticando todas as orientações e participando de treinamentos e eventos pertinentes, visando a melhoria continua de todo o Sistema;

What Matters to SABIC

• Experiência prévia e comprovada como técnico de automação ou técnico eletrotécnico ou eletrônico em empresas anteriores;
• Desejável Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Automação e Controle, Eletrônica ou Eletromecânica
• Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial;
• Horário de trabalho: 8:00 – 18:00 Seg a Sex (eventuais necessidades de coberturas ao sábados).
• Desejável Inglês em nível Intermediário para realizar apresentações.
