The Supply Chain Management (SCM) contributes to optimizing business revenues, cost and working capital, by matching demand with our supply capabilities and securing an uninterrupted Order to Cash process. Balancing logistical costs and customer service levels implies continuously weighing often conflicting interests between SCM Solids and other departments, such as Business Management, Sales, and Production.
Job Summary
This position is responsible for driving the short-term planning horizon (1-3 months) on weekly rhythms. Master Planners have a critical role to analyze demand and stock levels to ensure there is enough product to cover sales including safety stock but also meet Inventory targets.
Job Purpose & Responsibilities
- Weekly and day-to-day connection with regional supply (ETP production plant schedulers, tactical fulfillment process including collaboration with SABIC logistics and Customer Service teams.
- Translate, interpret and execute the outcome of the Global S&OP into a production plan by defining bottlenecks and proposing solutions in order to realize and secure an uninterrupted order process thus secure an uninterrupted OTC process
- Analyze the actual stock and planned stock levels by SKU for the following 3 months based on the demand plan, agreed service levels, production plan and different fulfillment and service models (Imports, Domestic and Exports)
- Continuous focus on improvement possibilities of replenishment performance, aggregation optimization and other planning improvements to minimize Inventory (working capital) and maximize final product profitability
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements
- BS/BA Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience in Master Planning
- Demonstrated ability to use analytical tools to solve business problems
- Proven expertise in SAP APO module
- Proven communication and interpersonal/influencing skills at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated leadership, team building, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and execute to deadlines
- Mandatory fluency in English; Spanish desired.
Desired
- Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certified
- Experience in Materials Planning, Supply Planning, or manufacturing
- APICS CPIM certification
Eligibility Requirements
- You should have worked in your current position for at least 18 months and met the pre-requisites of the position you are applying for.

Work Availability
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work (e.g. Monday – Friday)] during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs.
