This job exists to ensure smooth, efficient and effective Supply and Demand Planning operations for ETP West AMR Supply Chain. The position is under the Planning AMR PC& PT Supply Chain Management structure.

How You Can Be the Impact

• Ensure smooth, efficient and effective Supply and Demand Planning operations for SAI Liquids organization
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects to help deliver overall warehousing variable cost productivity targets, KPI's & 3PL Management.
• Define, review, and control budget for warehouse and marine operations including accountability for proper execution of payments/Invoices.
• Effective execution of invoice auditing and approval for payment processes.
• Execution or oversight of loading plans for process orders  in coordination with other Supply Chain Management areas (logistics mode analysts, planning and customer service teams).
• Manage and ensure inbound and outbound shipments to and from warehouse (Inbound & Outbound).
• Assist with SABIC/3PL Interface Issues.        
• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of shipping paperwork.
• Management of warehouse/terminal operations including inventory reconciliation and Tank managemen.t                
• Develop 3PL operational plans and strategies, and use metrics and KPIs to drive performance.
• Create operational budget, track monthly spend, payments and create proper accruals for monthly report. 
• Create purchase requisitions, work with SABIC Procurement to link requisitioned services with contracts, and approve service entries for payments.
