Job Summary

Leads sales volume growth and EBITDA expansion at distribution accounts. Requires engagement with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and SABIC OEM leaders to understand the product positioning and sales value.  Prospects for new business to increase resins sales within the assigned territory. Negotiates prices and aligns with OEM specifications.  Responsible for the full sales cycle for the ETP-W product portfolio (CYCOLOY, Cycolac, Lexan, Valox, Xylex, Xenoy, Geloy) to grow volume sales and maintain high levels of product differentiation and premium in the market.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads growth with distribution partners in assigned geography – US/Canada.
  • Drives sales of product portfolio to emphasize volume expansion and achieving high levels of differentiated and premium sales through value selling and price negotiation of ETP-W resins.
  • Creates strategy to identify new and existing applications to position ETP-W resins.
  • Assists Tiers in product recommendations and in developing applications using ETP-W resins.  Maintains strong customer relationships with key molders and OEMs contacts.
  • Aggressive milestone management to complete sales cycle and close new business in an impactful and efficient manner.

 

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • A minimum  of 5 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to travel to customers up to 50% of time.
  • Technical and commercial aptitude required to identify opportunities and position ETP-W materials and application solutions
  • High level of self-confidence: Ability to network and leverage all levels of an organization to gain support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
