Central Maintenance Planner (Werkvoorbereider)

Je komt binnen de afdeling Central maintenance te werken en rapporteert aan de central maintenance manager. Het team bestaat uit planners (werkvoorbereiders), schedulers, materiaal- en SAP-administrators. Als afdeling zorgen wij ervoor dat alle voorbereidingen voor maintenance werkzaamheden effectief verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Maintenance planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en financieel afhandelen van maintenance activiteiten in SAP volgens het Asset Maintenance werkproces.  Je werk zal bestaan uit:

• Het maken en aanpassen van (bestaande) werkpakketten (in SAP) die ervoor zorgen dat een monteur effectief zijn werk kan uitvoeren.
• Field checks uitvoeren op bestaand en nieuw aangevraagd werk. Om zodoende altijd te streven naar verbeteren op veiligheid, effectiviteit en kosten.
• Het bestellen van materialen en services die noodzakelijk zijn om een maintenance activiteit uit te voeren.
• Het voorbereiden van reparatie orders om intern of extern een materiaal te repareren.
• De juiste prioriteiten afstemmen met verschillende afdelingen, collega’s en klanten om een goede service te kunnen leveren.
• Het financieel afhandelen van maintenance activiteiten in SAP in samenwerking met de afdeling inkoop en/of contractmanagement.
• Up-to-date houden van SAP; door o.a. task-lists en Bill of Materials aan te vullen/aan te passen.

Wat neem jij mee

• MTS of MBO nivo-4 werk en denkniveau;
• Ervaring met MS-Office is een must, ervaring met werkvoorbereiding en SAP is een pré;
• Zorgvuldig en zelfstandig taken uit kunnen voeren en in kunnen spelen op veranderingen in proces of organisatie;
• Teamplayer en goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Creatief en gedreven om problemen bij de kern aan te pakken;
