Je bent werkzaam in het nieuwe centrale compounding laboratorium, locatie FCP, in volcontinu dienst. Je verantwoordelijkheid ligt in het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontrole voor beide compounding plants (LXF/FCP), kalibreren van apparatuur en meehelpen in oplossingen voor afwijkende situaties in kwaliteit. Hierbij werk je samen met directe collega’s in het lab en je collega’s in de kwaliteitsorganisatie en operations
Het compounding laboratorium valt onder de afdeling Operations & logistics en wordt geleid door de supervisor, Lab Compounding.
Inhoud en verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontrole aan grondstof monsters, proces monsters en eindproduct monsters met behulp van diverse analysemethodes
- Documenteren van resultaten en communiceren van off-spec situaties
- Continuïteit en kwaliteit van analysemethoden borgen door controle van metingen, kalibraties en melden van defecten
- Optimalisatie van werkwijzen, werkomgeving en analysemethoden
- In samenwerking met collega’s ervoor zorgdragen dat de minimale bezetting in het lab gewaarborgd is
- In samenwerking met compounding plants off-spec situaties oplossen
- Meewerken aan projecten ter verbetering van de kwaliteit of de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten en analysemethoden
Vereisten
- MTS/MLO
- Ervaring binnen kwaliteit /lab
- Goede beheersing van Nederlandse taal, voorkeur ook Engels
- Het volgen van trainingen die veiligheidsbewustzijn en kennis verhogen
- Accuraat en verantwoordelijk
- Analytisch denkvermogen
- Samenwerken in team verband, maar ook zelfstandig
- Collegiale, positieve, enthousiaste instelling
- Affiniteit met vakgebied
- Denken in oplossingen
