Technician, Lab Chemisch

SABIC Specialties in Bergen op Zoom is voor een nieuw laboratorium per direct opzoek naar een enthousiaste Technician, lab chemisch. 

Je werkt binnen het Chemisch Laboratorium in een volcontinudienst (vijfploegensysteem) en bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van analyses en het plannen van de laboratoriumwerkzaamheden. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de dagdienstanalisten, de chemische operatie en de technologen.

Als Technician analyseer je diverse monsters uit de chemische PPE‑fabriek, beoordeel je de resultaten en informeer je Operations over eventuele afwijkingen of bijzonderheden. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat de fabriek in control blijft en volledig compliant opereert.

Jouw Belangrijkste taken:

• Uitvoeren van fysische en (nat-)chemische analyses — waaronder GC, GPC, HPLC en titratie — op proces- en productmonsters uit de PPE‑fabriek.
• Interpreteren en beoordelen van analyseresultaten en deze met de juiste prioriteit rapporteren aan Operations.
• Borgen van analysekwaliteit door controlemonsters te meten en kalibraties uit te voeren.
• Herkennen en oplossen van storingen aan apparatuur of methodes om continuïteit te waarborgen.
• Verifiëren en vastleggen van productkwaliteit van inkomende en uitgaande materialen.
• Actief bijdragen aan (werk)proces- en procedureverbeteringen.

Dit breng je mee: 

• Afgeronde MBO/MLO‑opleiding in chemie, laboratoriumtechniek, analytische chemie of een vergelijkbare richting; HBO‑niveau is een pré.
• Ervaring in een chemisch laboratorium is een pré, maar geen vereiste.
• Beheersen van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
• Ervaring met data‑acquisitiesoftware en LIMS; kennis van SAP is een pré.
• Bereidheid om trainingen te volgen die vakkennis, veiligheidsbewustzijn en laboratoriumvaardigheden vergroten.
• Zelfstandig én in teamverband kunnen werken binnen een dynamische omgeving.
• Positieve, enthousiaste en flexibele instelling om goed om te gaan met wisselende prioriteiten.
• Accuratesse en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel bij het uitvoeren en rapporteren van analyses.

Boven op je salaris een ploegentoeslag van 26,5%

Een extra variabele beloning tot 3% per jaar.
